Refund Policy

We aim for clarity and fairness. This policy explains when refunds may apply to our consultancy services.
1. Engagements & Deposits
For time-based consultancy, deposits and fees for time already spent are non-refundable. Pre-paid unused time may be refundable at our discretion, less any applicable fees.
2. Sprints & Fixed-Scope Work
For fixed-scope sprints, cancellations prior to project kickoff may be eligible for a partial refund minus administrative costs. After kickoff, refunds are typically not available.
3. Change of Scope
If project scope changes materially, we will agree on a revised statement of work. Refunds are not provided for scope changes initiated by the client.
4. Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy limits your consumer rights under applicable law.
